All newly registering Players are required to upload a copy of their Passport as their age proof in the second Step (2) of registration form.

In case a Passport is not available, a Certificate or another document issued by the respective National Government must be uploaded, which clearly states the Name and Date of Birth of the Player for authentication.

Players would also be required to upload a recent passport size photograph (Face shot) upon their login in the Players Zone. This must be completed by 31st March 2025.

Starting 2025, "KTF Tour Membership" subscription fee would be US$ 40 (To be payable during the year).
